OUR COOKING STYLE

Francesco's style cooking is as they say in Italy "al minuto" meaning this very minute. We begin cooking your order with fresh ingredients when you order it. We never reheat dishes. This is the freshest possible cooking method found in any Italian kitchen. This is why many people comment on our food being so "hot" when it arrives to their table. This is a challenging and more difficult way to cook Italian food. This is why most Italian restaurants, especially "the bigger chains" do not use this style of cooking. Francesco's is proud to say that this is the ONLY way that we know how to cook and are happy to go the extra step for our precious customers. We take great pride in our food.
